By booking a treatment with Zen & Co you agree to our reservation, cancellation, and arrival policies. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to enjoy our pre-treatment ritual. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to honour the next guest’s reservation.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
